Looking for new faces to post here, we discovered the boys of The motir , are: Marcos Nogueira and Ricardo Horiuchi. Full of beautiful and modern designs, the guys really do very well, as is the case with this 60m² apartment. The idea here, according to the architects themselves, was to give a new repagination in the environments of the house, where the functional needs of the client were drawn together with an aesthetic and contemporary proposal. The overall goal was to create a place to receive friends. With this in mind, the concept of kitchen , without forgetting the functionality and practicality that this environment needs. A large yellow bench that skirts the whole productive area! Going to the service area, a unit was created in the space where everything is talked about.
According to Ricardo, the old kitchen was very dark and tight, so the solution was to integrate with the service area and use finishes that would bring light and joy to the whole.
To hide the old ventilation duct of the social bathroom , an air cupboard with a brise detail was created so that there could be ventilation. This solution was discreet and elegant, contributing to a clean and modern result.
